Alban Juen finishes at 59th place, cashes $128k

Betsson/Betsafe player Alban Juen finished at 59th place in the WSOP Main Event, cashing $128,000. Awesomely done Alban even though i now owe Fran from Betfair €50 in our last longer bet we had of who would reach longest, Her player Elisabeth or Juen.

Big congratulations from everyone at Betsson/Betsafe!

Betsson player Alban Juen over 1 million in chips at WSOP Main Event!

Alban had a roller coaster ride yesterday, starting with about 780k chips, he quickly progressed to 970k, before dropping down to below 300k chips. I spoke to him after he had dropped down, but he was very relaxed, saying that it was ok, he still felt good. And it payed off. Alban spend the rest of the day accumulating chips eventually ending the day with 1,132,000 in chips!

This puts Alban in 49th place out of 282 remaining players going in to WSOP ME Day 5. Incredible!

Now go murder this tournament Alban! Vive la France!

Yesterday got a bit messy again

Yesterday we got invited to PartyPoker/Bwins party at Surrender, same place we had our party the day before. Me and Betsafe player Kevin went there together and met up lots of familiar faces. The party got quite messy in the end when people started jumping into the pool fully clothed... I mean, why not right? We're in Vegas

Former Betsson intern Alban Juen one of the chipleaders going in to Day 4!

So our former intern Alban Juen from france is doing really well in the WSOP Main Event. He started day 3 with about 350k and ended it with 780k which puts him in 15th spot going in to day 4. That's pretty sweet. I met up with him yesterday and had a word. Alban seems very focused and has a very good chance of going deep. GO TEAM BETSSON!

Is Alban next?

Dinner & very messy Player party

Alright so yesterday we had our big day, the player dinner & Party. Things got very messy and most of us were not home until sun was shining in our eyes like a douche bag.

We started off the night at the Champagne bar where I met one of our Betsafe VIP players Kevin and his friend Adriana who had just driven to Vegas to spend some days here. Very nice people, Kevin is from Holland but lives in the states.

After some initial drinkes we moved on to the Japanese restaurant Sushi Samba which is always a must do in Vegas. Sushi Samba was as always amazing with kobe style beef on hot rocks, sashimi and other very nice food. We had the swedish legend Dan Glimne joining who among other things taught us how to fold a dollar note in to a ring. Dan Glimne continues to be my mentor.

When everyone was happily stuffed from the amazing food, we went back to the champagne bar for some drinks where my sisters husband who is a chiropractor gave Kevin an adjustment which he desperately needed.

Then it was time to head over to Wynns nighclub Surrender where everyone just went crazy. We bribed the night club host quite well to have a good table, and a good table we got. Vodka everywhere and for what ever reason the staff ended up branded.

In true Vegas fashion we took a limo to legendary strip club Spearmint Rhino where the night turned in to day.
